Driving Instructions
We are situated south of Limerick, one mile
from the outskirts of the city. We are just 50 meters (45 yards)
off the N20/ N21, the main Cork / Killarney road, (A new ring
road is in progress at present). We are two miles on the Limerick
side of Patrickswell and One mile from Raheen Industrial Estate
roundabout.
Driving from:
From Shannon Airport (route N18)
Come straight in to Limerick City over the river Shannon, to
a second set of traffic lights. (You will see a sign for Patrickswell)
turn right, from this point we are four miles out. On the way
go straight through three roundabouts, from the last roundabout
we are one more mile, there are roadmarkings at our turn also
we have a point sign, Turn right and we are the second house
on the left.

From Limerick City
From the City Centre, drive out O'Connell Avenue - pasting the
Cresent Shopping Centre, head towards Patrickswell, go straight
through Raheeen Roundabout and then one more roundabout before
taking the next right, we are the second house on the left.

From Galway (route N18)

From Dublin
Approaching Limerick locate the Parkway Shopping Centre Roundabout,
Turn left, signpost for Cork / /Killarney. This road is called
Childers Road; it is a ring road around the City to the South,
Go straight through three roundabouts, at the next set of traffic
lights turn left, This is the new motorway south. Go straight
through 2 small roundabouts, take the 2nd exit off this motorway
to the left, it is signposted for Shannon Airport, Galway and
Raheen Industrial estate. You go over a bridge across motorway,
straight through a roundabout, to a secound roundabout, now
turn left, we are just about 200 yards from here, . At our corner
you will see a pointer sign for our house, There are also road
markings at this point. Turn right and we are the second house

From Kerry, Cork, Killarney (route N20, N2l)
When you reach Patrickswell village, come for two more miles
towards Limerick City, We are the first turn to the left and
the second house on the left, Where you turn left for our home
there are road markings, also, we have a pointer sign on the
corner, we are very easy to find.

From from Ballybunion, Tarbert, Askeaton (route
N69)
When you pass Askeaton watch for a sign for Adare, turn right
to Adare village, Come through Adare and head for Patrickswell
village, come for two more miles towards Limerick. We are the
first turn to the left and the second house on the left, Where
you turn left for our home there are road markings, also, we
have a pointer sign on the corner.
