Observe corn being ground and feel the texture of freshly milled grain, as it is lovingly prepared using the methods and crafted skills of long ago. See freshly ground whole-wheat flour - the key ingredient of our speciality breads and cakes - baked daily, and savour the rich aroma and mouth-watering taste. Why not take home a bag of Croom Mills Premium Grade Whole Wheat Flour and try your hand at baking your own bread using our 200 year old supplied recipe.
